Your buyer account

Think of your account in two parts: money (receipts) and access (using what you bought).

• Purchases & payments — every paid checkout: products, event tickets, campaign hires, memberships, sessions. Filter by source. This is the financial record.
• My events — tickets and free RSVPs. Confirmation code, calendar file (.ics), online join link.
• Course library — video lessons for courses you own.
• Files — digital download products.
• My bookings — 1:1 sessions and hire-me / UGC project delivery.
• Subscriptions — active memberships.
• My communities — spaces you joined or unlocked with a purchase.

• Use the same email you checked out with so purchases link to your account.
• Free event RSVPs do not create a purchase row — only My events.
• After paying for an event, refresh My events if the pass is not visible yet (webhook may take a moment).
