• Event tickets & free RSVPs — Account → My events (confirmation code + pass).
• Communities — Account → My communities (after join or gate purchase).
• Physical — tracking on the purchase detail page.

Orders and refunds are handled by the seller. Returns policy shows before checkout on physical goods.
