Trust, safety & content policy
Musivo Galleria is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers and independent sellers — we do not sell listings ourselves. We remove illegal and harmful content, respond to reports, and enforce our Terms and Seller Agreement.
Effective date: see site footer · Contact: legal@musivogalleria.com · Reports: use Report on any storefront, listing, or event, or email legal@musivogalleria.com
1. What is not allowed
Sellers and users must not list, promote, sell, or share through the Platform:
- Illegal goods or services under applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction (including where the seller operates and where buyers are located).
- Drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia; prescription medicines sold without authorization.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to make them.
- Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated goods; unauthorized copies of software, media, or courses.
- Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content — including nudity intended to arouse, escort services, or explicit sexual services.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors — zero tolerance; we report to authorities where required.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or violence toward individuals or groups.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, fake reviews, or misleading listings.
- Malware, phishing, or harmful digital files.
- Items that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
- Off-platform payment circumvention to avoid platform fees after connecting on Galleria.
- Anything else we reasonably determine is harmful to users or the Platform (see also Terms §5.4 and Seller Agreement B2).
Event organizers must host lawful events. Campaign and collab participants must deliver honest, lawful work.
2. Report content (notice-and-action)
Anyone can report a storefront, listing, or event:
- Click Report on the page (flag icon or “Report listing”).
- Choose a reason and describe the issue (include URLs, order IDs, or screenshots if helpful).
- Submit — we email our trust team and queue the report for review.
Signed-in users can report from their account email; guests must provide a valid contact email.
What we do
- Review reports as quickly as practicable (priority for illegal content, CSAM, and fraud).
- May remove or disable listings, hide storefronts, suspend sellers, cancel event registration access, or terminate accounts.
- May mark a report dismissed if no violation is found.
- We are not the seller — purchase disputes are usually between buyer and seller first; report us for policy violations.
Repeat or false reports may result in action against the reporter’s account.
Founder/admin tools: Account → Reports inbox (authorized Musivo staff only).
3. Copyright & IP complaints (DMCA / EU notice)
If you believe content on Galleria infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to legal@musivogalleria.com with:
- Your name, address, email, and phone (if available).
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on musivogalleria.com where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or disable access to reported material and notify the seller. Sellers may submit a counter-notice if they believe removal was mistaken — include the same contact details and explain why the content should be restored.
For other IP disputes, contact legal@musivogalleria.com. Musivo is an intermediary; sellers remain responsible for their listings.
4. Seller responsibilities
By selling on Galleria you agree to:
- List only lawful products and services you have the right to sell.
- Honour refunds and delivery as described in your policies and applicable law.
- Influencer & UGC disclosure: When posting sponsored content, paid partnerships, or brand deliverables, comply with FTC (US), ASA/CAP (UK), and EU consumer/advertising rules — clear disclosure (#ad, paid partnership, etc.) on every platform where content appears. Musivo does not replace your legal duty; we may remove listings or suspend accounts for deceptive marketing.
- Respond to buyer messages within a reasonable time.

5. Cookies & privacy
We use essential cookies for login and checkout. See Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. GDPR tools: Your data.
6. Law enforcement & emergencies
For imminent harm or illegal activity, contact local authorities first, then email legal@musivogalleria.com with links and context. CSAM must never be uploaded; we cooperate with lawful requests regarding serious violations.
