Expert & practitioner services
Musivo Galleria is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers with independent experts, coaches, and practitioners. Galleria does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical services and is not a healthcare provider, employer, or supervisor of any session.
Your responsibilities
If you list sessions, programs, courses, or advice as an expert on Galleria, you alone are responsible for:
- Holding valid licenses, registrations, or qualifications required in your jurisdiction
- Staying within your scope of practice
- How you deliver services and communicate with clients
- Compliance with local consumer and professional regulations
- Your own refund, cancellation, and scheduling policies published on your storefront
Listing rules
- No medical claims — Do not promise cures, diagnoses, or guaranteed health outcomes.
- Be clear about what you offer — Distinguish coaching from licensed therapy, counseling, or clinical care. Use accurate titles buyers can verify.
- No misleading credentials — Do not imply you are a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed therapist unless you are and can substantiate it.
- Buyer due diligence — Buyers should verify your credentials before booking. Galleria does not vet every license.
Coaching vs therapy

Galleria may remove or restrict listings that blur these lines in ways that mislead buyers.
Platform role
Galleria facilitates discovery and checkout. We do not supervise sessions, store clinical records, guarantee outcomes, or assume liability for how experts deliver services. Musivo is not a party to your client relationship. Disputes about service quality are between you and the buyer under our general Terms, Seller Agreement, and Refund Policy unless otherwise required by law.
Paid sessions and hire-me packages appear in My bookings for buyers and in Bookings for sellers. Musivo does not provide customer support for session disputes — buyers contact you directly.
